We had our team building evening at Notting hill - it was fantastic. The 2-for1 cocktails were amazing! The food was delicious - full of flavour and beautifully presented, with piping hot food. We will certainly arrange another staff event in the near future.

Last night was the first time me and my wife went there, we used to live in Shepherds Bush and pass this place all the time. We had nice food 🥘 amazing drinks and the staff was so cool 😎. The cocktails most of them with rum which is my style were decent. Price wise they are ok.

A vibrant delightful and fun place to dine. The food was amazing, ample portions and presented beautifully. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our server was Honey she was so wonderful and an absolute pleasure to meet. We wish her well with the arrival of her baby and a very happy maternity leave! Situated in a quiet location with adequate parking space. We had no problems for a bank Holiday weekend. I learned that this chain of 4 venues boasts an impressive range of Caribbean rums that has earned its place in the Guinness book of records for offering the most choice of rums in one place! At £5 a shot including a chaser, it's a pretty affordable price for London. Also special thanks to our Handsome Hungarian bar man for impressing us with his extensive knowledge of all the choice of beverages. I can't forget Anthony who was busy serving, setting up tables and still finding time to have a chat with us and promoting the ethos of this fabulous establishment. Looking forward to checking out the other 3 venues over the summer.

Everything was exactly what I wanted from the experience. The jerk chicken is succulent, meat was falling off the bone, cooked to perfection. The flavour is complex and rich, not just spicy. My partner got the ital springrolls and jerk salmon and both were absolute on point. The service is amazing, the waiter was pleasently singing along and seemed to really enjoy his job, which I value very much. The cocktails were tasty and there were tonnes of unique ones. Everything felt infused with love and care. Can't recommend it enough, all us diners couldn't help chatting with each other about the quality of our meals. Can't wait to go back!

Went for a Christmas gathering. So a special event for us and large group. I'm obsessed with good carribean food because my father and grandmother were excellent cooks so to receive food any less than that in terms of quality is highly irritating. Cottons however did not disappoint on the food point. They good afford to be more flexible for customers in a bind re unexpected extra x1 or x2 guests. Most places would have moved the table to accommodate more people even it was later in the evening. Customer is good but needs works. Tables not cleared quick enough. Main took way too long to come. When it did arrive food was good so I didn't mind in the end. I would go again. Food was excellent, drinks were good. Just need food to arrive quicker and tables cleared with more efficiency.

I came here for brunch on a Saturday around 12:30 with my sister. If you're gonna do brunch, I would do this time because it got really busy around 1:30pm and there were only 2 servers so I know the service started to get slow. I did the bottomless brunch with rum punch which tasted just how my dad makes it but less sweet. I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas and the sweet potato fritter as a starter. Pros: the staff was really nice and were quick to refill our rum punch without having to get their attention. While i'm used to my jerk chicken being a dry rub or smoked, this was more of a saucy jerk sauce which I didn't mind. It honestly wasn't spicy which was good since I wasn't in the mood for that. Cons: the sweet potato fritter was just ok. I really could have done without it. It didn't have any flavor and it was dense. Overall, this is a solid Caribbean place to at least try once when you're in London.

Booked this branch for my birthday dinner. We had amazing service, amazing food and the atmosphere is relaxed with great music which was the perfect way to end the week for us all. It’s lovely to find an authentic Caribbean restaurant I can count on close by. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and I’ll be back again with my family! Thanks again
